CIRCUIT Istanbul return with a four-part Printmaking series taking place on Tuesdays throughout the February. Workshops run from 19:00 to 21:00 and are open to all levels. In this 4-part series, students will learn a variety of printmaking techniques and build basic knowledge of the medium, including an introduction to materials, drawing and carving an image, and producing a series of prints. Throughout the series students will work on one project, focusing on the theme of animals.

Printmaking, part 1: Drawing / Designing – Tuesday, 6 February 19.00 – 21.00
Printmaking, part 2: Carving – Tuesday 13 February 19.00 – 21.00
Printmaking, part 3: Printing – Tuesday 20 February 19.00 – 21.00
Printmaking, part 3: Printing – Tuesday 27 February 19.00 – 21.00
Materials:
Materials for this series will be provided by Circuit to borrow for an additional cost of 50 TL. We will provide a carving block and paper for students to keep, as well as carving tools and ink to borrow. If you prefer to bring your own materials, please email us for a full list of what to bring.
Single class / drop-in: 45 TL
Full series / 4-class pack: 150 TL
Materials cost: 50TL (full series)

Drop-ins are always welcome. Classes within a series build upon one another in skills and processes, however Gabrielle is always happy to assist on an individual level. So do not hesitate and join when you can!

We ask that you respect our values as a space committed to sustainability. Please do your very best to avoid bringing any single-use packaging to class (including plastic water bottles, disposable coffee cups, single-use plastic bags, etc.) We will provide drinking water and glasses!
