Salon IKSV will host the English Jazz pianist Anthony Strong on Tuesday 3 October. Set to start at 21.30, tickets are priced at 50 TL (table), 40 TL (standing), 30 TL (student) and are available via Biletix.

He studied jazz piano at the Royal Academy of Music. He gained recognition in the final years of his studies accompanying Charlotte Church, Michael Bolton, Marti Pellow and Jocelyn Brown. In 2009, he released his debut album upon which BBC Radio 2 claimed “”I think he’s got a real talent, this boy…” In 2011, he appeared on BBC Radio 2’s New Year’s Eve special, where he performed “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” as a duet with Paloma Faith. He was the piano player for Adrien Brody in the 2011 Super Bowl commercial. He supported BB King in Paris and played twelve shows. He is praised as a huge rising talent, and he will be on the Salon stage with his quartet.
