Indie rock ensemble The Away Days will be uniting with their fans once again in their home city after taking on SXSW, The Great Escape and Glimps! Performing their unreleased pieces, the band will take on the Babylon stage on Thursday, 15 December. One of the most popular bands of indie rock and dream pop on the local stage, The Away Days will be our guest on December 15th!
The Away Days, which has attracted attention on the domestic stage with the singles and shorts they have released since 2012, gave many performances at home and abroad. The team filled concert halls in many European cities such as London, Paris and Berlin as well as SXSW in the USA, The Great Escape in the UK, Glimps in Belgium and United Islands in the Czech Republic; He performed before bands such as Portishead, Massive Attack, Belle & Sebastian, Wild Beasts, Paul Banks, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Owen Pallett, Local Natives, Morcheeba. The Days Away, who released their debut album “Dreamed at Dawn” in 2017; Under the influence of his travels around the world, he continued his productions with the sound he created by switching from classical indie-rock sounds to shoegaze, dream pop and psychedelic genres. The group that made a name for itself in channels such as The Independent, The Guardian, SPIN, NME, Clash, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6, KEXP; In recent years, he shared the singles “Designed”, “Sadness Will Last Forever”, “You Think You’re High” and “How Many Times” with his audience. In our meeting with The Away Days, which opens the door to a new era, we will accompany their favorite songs such as “Layers” and “World Horizon”, as well as their unreleased pieces.
