From the organizer:

Distinguishing himself among contemporary artists with his unique style, Israeli musician Mark Eliyahu is getting ready to reconnect with the Istanbul audience through his lively and charismatic performance. Having carved a special place in the hearts of music lovers with his captivating performances, the talented artist embarked on a musical journey in search of his own sound at the young age of 16. Music gradually became a way of life for Mark, who learned from some of the greatest masters while traveling the world.

Proficient in playing the kamanche, violin, bağlama, and string instruments, Mark continues to spread the unique sound of the 150-year-old kamanche instrument and take his listeners on an emotional journey between realms. By blending traditional Eastern melodies with modern arrangements, Mark has successfully created a distinctive voice with his own compositions.

Collaborating with Turkish artists such as Cem Adrian on works like “Hüküm”, “Derinlerde”, and “Kül”, the artist expands his fanbase in Turkey day by day. With his song “Uzaklara Savrulalım” featuring Ankara-based emerging band Perdenin Ardındakiler (Behind the Curtain), Mark continues to grow his following in the local scene.

Taking his listeners on a mystical musical journey once again with the “About Love” tour, Mark strikes a balance between the enchanting melodies of the East and the rhythms of the modern age, offering not only a concert but also an exploratory experience. Pushing the boundaries of the music language with the “About Love” tour, Mark blends deep traditions and ancient instruments from the past with the modern sound of the future, merging profound emotions with a tribal party atmosphere.

Mark Eliyahu never severs his connection with the Istanbul audience and successfully engages with them in each performance with great sincerity. Known for his warm and modest demeanor, the artist is eagerly counting down the days to reunite with his fans in Istanbul!
