Yabangee is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Turkish and English speaker to join our team in a varied role combining event hosting and administration. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment, and is happy balancing social and organisational responsibilities. Both full-time and part-time positions are under consideration.

What You’ll Be Doing
Running Our Pub Crawl
A significant part of the role involves leading our weekly pub crawl. This includes welcoming guests, managing the group throughout the evening, and helping to create a fun, safe, and social atmosphere.
Getting Involved with Our Events
You’ll also help out with our wider events programme, including quiz nights, meetups, parties, and special events. Depending on the event, this could involve hosting, logistics, or general coordination.
General Administration
There’s also a day-to-day administrative side to the role. Tasks include updating our website and event listings, managing ticketing platforms and registrations, and helping with the organisation that keeps our events programme running smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys meeting new people and working with an international community.
- Is organised, reliable, and able to take initiative.
- Is comfortable balancing social and administrative responsibilities.
- Has good Turkish and English, as well as basic computer skills.
- Is available to work evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in events, hospitality, tourism, or similar fields is a bonus, but not essential.
