From the organizer:

Faun, the most beautiful combination of folk music with pagan mythology, will be at KüçükÇiftlik Bahçe on Saturday, November 12, 2022 for its first Istanbul concert with 100% Metal contributions! Faun is a German band that plays pagan folk and medieval music, formed in 1998. The band members create Faun’s distinctive style by using vintage instruments and keeping the vocals at the center of the music. Faun writes the lyrics in various languages, especially in German, Latin, Greek and some Scandinavian languages, and transforms these lyrics into unique music with instruments such as Celtic harp, Swedish harp, hurdy-gurdy, bagpipe, cittern, flute. Faun dived deep into the world of fairy tales and myths with the album “Märchen & Mythen” released in 2019. Transforming the fascinating atmosphere of fairy tales into songs, the group invites those who come to the concert to experience the fairy tales and guides them on this path. No group has opened doors to mystical worlds like the Faun. The ensemble, which gives life to myths, has developed its music for years without breaking its line, and embarked on new adventures. Giving more than 900 concerts, Faun also makes magic touches to her stage appearance. The music combined with the light show transforms the stage into a completely different realm from the first note. There are many stories to listen to and dozens of adventures to experience in the mystical world of the Faun.
