Salon IKSV will host local indie talents The Away Days on Friday 22 April. Doors are set to open at 20:00, with the performance kicking off at 22:00. Tickets are available now via Passo.
Local indie-rock favorites and Istanbul veterans The Away Days have been blessing stages with their presence since 2012 – having since conquered the international scene and major festivals such as SXSW, The Great Escape, and beyond. Their live music experience is critically acclaimed worldwide and one we’ve happily frequented, offering a distinct and intimate atmospheric sound, and expertly blending genres such as dream pop, shoegaze, and psychedelic. If you’re a fan of indie rock and keen on finding a local band to support, we encourage you to give their 2017 album “Dreamed at Dawn” a visit. We also recently caught up with them for an interview.
