From the organizer:

World-famous tenor Alessandro Safina will be at Zorlu PSM on November 25…

Passionate about music from an early age, Alessandro Safina’s family’s fascination with opera also impressed him. He began studying at the Florence conservatory at the age of 17, and a few years later he performed solo at the best music theaters in Europe. In 1989, she won the first place in the International Kati Ricciarelli Vocal Competition and took leading roles in operas such as “La Boheme”, “The Barber of Seville”, “The Elixir of Love”, “Rusalka”, “Eugene Onegin”. Safina’s uniqueness, natural voice and creativity have made her an internationally recognized artist. His dream when performing opera arias was to make classical art understandable to everyone. As a result of this, a new musical style was born in which pop music, academic vocal, soul and musical came together as he defined it; “opera rock”.

He achieved great success in the Netherlands with his single Luna, which was released from his album Insieme a te. It topped the hit charts for 14 weeks. The album went platinum 4 times and was released in 36 countries. He left gifts to the world with his duets with names such as Alessandro Safina, Sarah Brightman, Elton John, Ewan Mcgregor, Barbara Hendricks, Sumi Cho. Besides, Baz Luhrmann’s “Moulin Rouge!” He was featured in the movie and on the soundtrack album.
