Istanbul Service Jam, organized by ATÖLYE and Deloitte Digital, will take place at ATÖLYE on 29-30th of March 2019. The first ever Global Service Jam took place in Germany in 2011 and immediately became a global hit. GSJ now hosts more than 900 events in 200 countries connecting 15.000+ participants. The Jam also takes place in Istanbul since 2011, collaborating with the other Jam’s all around the world.
During the 24-hour non-stop event, people interested in service and customer experience meets all over the globe. Be it designers, students, academics, business people, unemployed people, customers, mums, kids or grand-dad, the spirit of innovation and friendly competition unites them all under one roof: The Jam.
During the Jam, the teams have less than 24 hours to develop and prototype entirely new services, products or initiatives inspired by a shared theme. The outcomes delivered as insights and prototypes are then published and shared with the world.
The event that takes place simultaneously in different locations all around the world will bring together innovators to explore, create, collaborate and most importantly have fun while designing and prototyping a new product or service to inspire the world.
