Salon IKSV will host Turkish singer-songwriter Deniz Tekin on Saturday 13 January. Set to start at 22:30, tickets are priced at 40 TL (30 TL for students) and are available via Biletix. This event has been delayed and a new date will soon be announced.

She garnered attention with her touching voice, idiosyncratic vocals and her takes on many other artists’ works from Ahmet Kaya to Zeki Müren. Her own songs were also well-received and Deniz became one the most watched on Sofar Sounds videos. This promising artist with a trademark voice and stage performance released her first studio album ‘Kozakuluçka’ earlier in the year. On her busy live schedule she is accompanied on stage by Sezer Özdem on bass guitar, Bartu Özbatur on drums, and Gürhan Öğütücü on guitar.
