Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus invites you to discover your inner power with the dynamics of Vinyasa yoga poses with expert Yoga instructors Canan Özgür and Taner Uncu on June 21, celebrating the longest day in the northern hemisphere and also celebrated as World Yoga Day. You will greet the longest day in the calm and green environment of the Gün Bahçesi; do not miss the yoga sessions that will enable you to open your body, your feelings, and your mind.
Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus offers a unique experience for all yoga lovers on June 21, the longest day in the northern hemisphere and celebrated as World Yoga Day. Among the greens, you will feel that you are being purified from stress, relaxed and breathing better in the quiet and natural setting of the Gün Bahçesi (Daytime Garden), accompanied by expert yoga instructors. Do not miss the relaxing yoga sessions given by YogaŞala instructor Canan Özgür and well-experienced yoga instructor Taner Uncu from 18:30 to 21:00, participation is free.
On June 21, the first Vinyasa yoga session will take place between 18:30 and 19:30 at the Gün Bahçesi, accompanied by instructor Taner Uncu. Taner Uncu, who has been doing different sports branches for many years, gives great importance to music and mantras in his personal yoga lessons. He always follows the styles Ashtanga, Power, and Vinyasa and applies to his lessons. Uncu is an expert who has completed many programs on yoga.
The second Vinyasa yoga session, which will take place between 20:00-21:00 at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus’s Gün Bahçesi on June 21st, will be given by YogaŞala instructor Canan Özgür. Canan Özgür has participated in many yoga specialization programs and likes to try different kinds of yoga.
The YogaŞala, which means Yoga House, emerged with the mission of creating an environment in which the participants could get away from the stress of daily life and make peace with their bodies. The center, which has been specializing in the field for many years, is helping its participants to gain awareness, improving their focus skills and aiming to restore body health.
