From the organizers:
He was the frontman of the indie band Born Cages until he decided to walk his solo path in 2017 with his first EP, ‘Quit Playing Cool’. ‘Some of my best friends don’t even know I’m putting this song out today,’ he told the ‘Nylon’ magazine. ‘I spent years planning every step with my band Born Cages, really getting in my head about every detail, and I wanted an outlet to do the complete opposite and just put out some music.’ The series of singles and EP’s he released when he pleases showcases the sonic world he’s made for himself by blending old instruments, tape machines and microphones to create a nostalgic yet new sound, lyrically revolving around the human condition and romanticizing the past. Holiday is currently working towards his debut LP.
A must-see performance for Rhye fans.
