From the organizer:
A music collective formed by Arnaud Bonet and Pierre Della Monica, coming straight from sunny, hedonist French Riviera. Bon Entendeur remain a duo of friends and music lovers with a gift for digging, reinterpreting songs and mixing voices. Driven by their passion, their first album ‘Aller-Retour’, released in 2019, mixed versions of songs from the 60s and 70s with a new concept: interviews with legendary and eloquent voices, backed by original productions. With these early works, they reached a staggering 20 million plays on SoundCloud. ‘Aller-Retour’ was a triumph: a platinum record, a platinum-selling single, ‘Le temps est bon’, and a sold-out tour between festivals such as London’s Electric 218K Brixton, Francofolies de Montréal, France Rock’s summer festival in Central Park NYC and a performance at cornerstone Parisian venue Olympia. Then lockdown arrived and their tour was cut short. As the need to party grew stronger, an idea took shape: their second album would move from listening to dancing, from day to night, A-side, B-side. It’s called ‘Minuit’.
A mix of sound bites from French artists and politicians with eclectic music ranging from electro swing, nu-disco, remixes of classical French hits, and lounge music.
