Founded in Ankara in 2019, Soft Analog blends Turkish melodies with the rich soundscapes of the ‘80s and ‘90s, drawing inspiration from synthesizers and drum machines. Their music, characterized by elements of synth-pop, indie dance, and synthwave, also incorporates traditional instruments to create their signature sound.
Known for their thematic productions and immersive performances, Soft Analog’s debut album DANS İLLÜZYON explores themes of doubt, escape, and weariness—while simultaneously inviting listeners to step into a mysterious world and dance. Describing their sonic experience as “a journey beyond sound,” the duo has released an EP and over 20 singles, collaborating with Belgian electro-pop band Compact Disk Dummies along the way.
