Jazz clarinetist Oran Etkin performs at Babylon Bomonti stage as part of “25th Akbank Jazz Festival” on Monday 26 October 26. Doors open at 20.30 with tickets ranging from 15 TL to 40 TL and available via Biletix.

Oran Etkin has been considered a rising star in recent years by critics as a jazz clarinetist. The artist, who can expertly play multiple instruments, has a Grammy for his “All About Bullies” project. He chose to make his albums with a different method; Etkin meets with especially local musicians during tours, returns back to New York with new ideas in music and gets into the studio with his band. Etkin will be releasing the album he devoted to Benny Goodman, another clarinetist he is a fan of, in 2015.
