MixItUp with Pop-Up Dinners Istanbul

Pop-Up Dinners Istanbul is back at it again, this time joining forces with Nicolas Gardet of Papiyot, for MixItUp – a new concept of mixed flavors, cultures, and people. As usual, it’s RSVP only and seats are likely to fill quickly. Set for Saturday 10 March at 20:30,  the evening’s courses are 130 TL with attendees encouraged to bring their own bottles. Chef Nicolas Gardet of Papiyot fame brings a new concept to Pop-up called Mixitup. Food without borders, ingredients sourced from all parts. Cultures merging, cooking techniques twisted all to fuse into a gathering of dishes that demonstrate that foods can live in harmony together and bring great tastes and experiences in one sitting. Be prepared for a repass of spices and herbs that will surprise you and explore the hidden secrets of a menu that gives little away but promises much.
