CIRCUIT Istanbul return with “Equinox Celebration” a festive evening to toast the arrival of Spring taking place on Friday March 23. The evening will start from 19:00 to 22:00 and is open to everyone who enjoys good music, food and company. The language spoken will be Turkish and English and there is no entrance fee. Join us on Friday, 23 March, 19.00 – 22.00, to celebrate the Equinox, an evening of shared food and company to welcome to coming of Spring!
Are you ready to re-awaken after the winter? Do you have ideas or aspirations for the Spring? Join us to celebrate the start of a new season, a time where plants, animals, and humans alike, can prepare to grow. The equinox occurs twice per year and marks the time when day and night are of equal length. The equinox also marks the start of a new season and the start of Spring!
The evening will consist of a collective dinner*, live music, and lots of time to relax and chat with one another. This event is also a chance for Circuit workshop leaders to meet with participants, and to exchange ideas for Circuit’s next season.**
* We are planning a special dining experience! Please bring along your favourite fresh fruits and vegetables to share, cooked or fresh (or if you prefer, a favourite dish). We ask that you be mindful about food packaging and avoid unnecessary disposables. Tupperware, glass and paper are wonderful options!
** We also invite you to bring any handmade items to share, swap, or sell. If you have any questions about this, email us at info@circuitistanbul.com
Circuit Waste Policy
We ask that you respect our values as a space committed to sustainability. Please do your very best to avoid bringing any single-use packaging to class (including plastic water bottles, disposable coffee cups, single-use plastic bags, etc.) We will provide drinking water and glasses!
