Personal Assistant to our Executive Partner
Main responsibilities:

- Inbox screening
- Calendar management
- Preparing and typing legal and administrative documents, as well as extensive formatting of word files, excel sheets and power point presentations
- Managing travel arrangements, event and meetings organizations
- Responding to correspondence which contain routine inquiries
The successful candidate will also be expected to reflect a professional and positive image of the firm by being, reliable, flexible, creative, well-organized and hardworking.
Requirements:
- At least 4 – 6 years of experience as a secretary, executive secretary and/or PA, with an international company in service sector
- Four-year college degree (or equivalent)
- A legal background will be a plus
- Native English speaker — an understanding knowledge of Turkish is also required
