A local liaison of Hudson Furniture, located centrally in Beşiktaş, Istanbul is seeking an ideal candidate who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues – turning customers into dedicated advocates.

Details on the Customer Service Specialist position:

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Getting information from Production Coordinator and provide answers to client’s questions
  • Work with internal departments such as sales, production, engineering, and logistics to meet customer needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Assist in customer satisfaction surveys, activities, and results analysis.

Qualifications

  • Native English speaker
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • An accurate and efficient way of working
  • Outlook, Excel and clear communication skills
  • At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written English, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
