Mysterious Australian trio Glass Beams, known for blending psychedelic music with rhythmic, hypnotic melodies, will perform in Istanbul at KüçükÇiftlik Park on Thursday 29 May. The concert is organized by Epifoni and All Things Live Middle East. Tickets are available via Biletix and Passo.
Glass Beams, whose masked identity adds to their mystique, is celebrated for tracks like “Taurus,” “Kong,” and “Rattlesnake.” The band’s journey began when founder Rajan Silva’s childhood memories resurfaced after his father, who had migrated from India to Melbourne in the late ’70s, inspired a connection to his roots. This fusion of Eastern and Western elements is now embodied in their music, creating a new wave of psychedelic sound.
With their live instrumentation and DIY electronics, Glass Beams offers a timeless fusion of cultures and sounds, wrapped in a captivating visual world. Their debut EP Mirage and recent release Mahal have gained millions of new followers on social media. After selling out concerts on their first European and North American tours, the band has performed at major festivals like Primavera Sound and Best Kept Secret, creating a new wave of psychedelic music.
Glass Beams is coming to Istanbul for a brand-new hypnotic music session. Tickets are available via Biletix and Passo.
