Istanbul Airport (IGA) is launching a new video project and is seeking participants. Earlier this year, Yabangee helped assemble a cast featuring foreigners living in the city coming together for a Ramazan dinner. This upcoming project builds on that tradition of cultural exchange, taking inspiration from the viral trend of foreigners singing Turkish songs.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Hold foreign citizenship

Have basic singing ability and feel comfortable performing a Turkish song

Possess a valid residence permit (non-negotiable)

Be willing to sign a contract for appearing in a public video

Pass standard security clearance (valid permit, passport, simple questions)

Be at least 18 years old
The production team is aiming for an internationally diverse cast representing different ages and backgrounds. While the central focus is singing, additional short scenes may be filmed depending on each participant’s profile.
Timeline

Priority consideration submissions: Wednesday, August 27 at 15:00

Final submission deadline: Friday, August 29 at 15:00

Filming: Mid-September (3–5 hours, exact date to be announced)
Note: Priority consideration means the selection team will begin shortlisting on that date. Late applications may still be considered for a limited time.
Compensation
Participants will receive a minimum of 4,000 TL. Higher compensation may be offered depending on various factors. Filming will take place inside Istanbul Airport.
