Chaos in the CBD, the London-based electronic music duo of brothers Ben and Louis Helliker-Hales, will perform on Friday 09 May at Frankhan in Istanbul. They started off playing in jazz and indie bands. They later transitioned to electronic music when one of the duo, Louis, experienced a Melbourne rave, which inspired them to explore house and techno genres. After moving to London, they connected with Bradley Zero and released their EP, Midnight in Peckham, on his Rhythm Section International label. This release brought the duo great acclaim. They also co-founded their label, In Dust We Trust, with Kiwi Jon Sable, providing a platform for their artistic vision and creative freedom.
Their music combines jazz, disco, and techno elements, highlighting their diverse musical background.
