Kolektif Istanbul, which has released four albums since 2006, namely “Balkanatolia”, “Krivoto”, “Kerevet” and “Pastama Yazi”; It blends Anatolian and Balkan music with a different perspective, feeding on jazz and funk infrastructures. Continuing to bring their entertaining performances to the audience, the team released their fifth studio album “Kismet” simultaneously in Europe and Turkey in the spring of 2021.
The group that refuses to be limited to a single musical genre, preferring to play with forms between genres; He performed successfully at international festivals such as the Montreux Jazz Festival, Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, The Flow Festival, and Fira Mediterrania. The team that stands out with its sincere videos; It consists of Richard Laniepce on saxophone, Aslı Doğan on vocals, Batuhan Baraç on drums, Ertan Şahin on suzaphone, Tamer Karaoğlu on keys and Talat Karaoğlu on clarinet.
