Overview
A private dental and plastic surgery hospital in Beşiktaş is seeking an experienced International Tele-Sales Specialist with strong German or Spanish language skills (minimum B2 level). The role focuses on promoting health tourism services, particularly in dental implants and plastic surgery, to international patients.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell healthcare services to international patients
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Offer post-sale support to build long-term trust
Work closely with the sales team to meet individual and company goals
Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in German or Spanish (B2-C1, written and spoken)
Proven sales experience in health tourism, dental implants, or plastic surgery
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Previous telesales experience with a target-driven approach
For foreign candidates: MBA or PhD students with valid Turkish residence permits are also eligible
Compensation & Benefits
Net salary: ₺45.000–₺50.000 (proposed after interview)
Monthly performance bonus: €1,000–€3,000
Full-time, on-site position in Istanbul
