IKSV is organizing a cultural cinema festival happening all around Istanbul! Cinema lovers can view internationally recognized artistic works shown in Cannes, Venice and Toronto film festivals such as Stars at Noon, Compartment No. 6, Evolution, Coupez! and Holy Spider. Happening Friday, 7th of October through Sunday, 16th of October across various venues in Kadıköy and Beyoğlu, the event will host several movies each day. For its 21st edition, Filmekimi will be back in the movie theatres once again with full capacity. The screenings will take place 7-16 October in Istanbul. The Filmekimi programme as anticipated includes awarded films from recent film festivals, such as Cannes, Venice, and Toronto. Detailed information on the programme, venues, and schedules will be released on social media outlets.
