ATÖLYE Academy hosts Boundaryless in a sensemaking session titled “Ecosystem Strategies: The Making of the 21st Century” on Thursday 19 November from 17:30 to 21:30 (GMT +3).
ATÖLYE Academy is thrilled to host Boundaryless, the company behind the creation and the development of a widely adopted set of open and visual tools for designing ecosystem-platform strategies: The Platform Design Toolkit.
The Platform Design Toolkit is a set of design-thinking and system-modeling canvases to help design digital and non-digital platforms. These tools help firms access the power that lies in ecosystems and reach objectives that are way beyond their boundaries and potential as a single firm.
The event will consist of a 50-minute talk and a 1 hour 20 minute long sensemaking session. Eugenio Battaglia, co-founder of Boundaryless, will introduce the state of the art in their 7 year-long research and practice around platform-ecosystem strategies. We will see how ecosystem strategies are able to harness the evolution of market-firm dynamics and provide solutions to the structural and institutional collapse the world is facing in the 21st century.
The session will be hosted by ATÖLYE’s London Director Akar Şümşet.
