Onar Istanbul, under the guidance of trainer Martina Pavone, will host their Leadership Training for WonderFULL Women on Saturday 2 June. The workshop is aimed at empowering women’s leadership skills, boosting self confidence, and enabling the discovery of their full leadership potential. Taking place at the Istanbul&I offices in Karaköy, proceeds go towards the fundraising goals of Onar Istanbul. A minimum contribution of 150 TL is requested, with a 50 TL deposit requested to confirm attendance. Interested individuals can RSVP via info@onaristanbul.com. WonderFULL Women – WonderFULL leaders is a leadership training for women to empower their leadership skills, boost their self-confidence, and discover their full potential as the leader of their own lives.
We start from the assumption that every woman has a huge potential in herself, a special wonder that is just waiting to shine in its best shape!
Through a day of group work, we will journey through awareness, challenges, sharing and building the first steps toward a big change.
This course topics will include:
Assertiveness
Awareness & Self Confidence
Empathy
Integrational & Charismatic Leadership
Conflict management
Difficult Conversations
Public Speaking
The method used will be inductive and practical, based on applied improvisation techniques, nonviolent communication techniques, organizational behaviour techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming and coaching techniques.
Participants don’t need any preparation or specific background–just the will to put themselves in the game, see the things from a new point of view and accept challenges!
About the trainer:
TRAINER: Martina Francesca Pavone Özdemir, Italian, based in Istanbul since 2013.
A Consultant and Trainer for LUISS BUSINESS SCHOOL University in Rome on Communication, Teamwork, Leadership and Change, Martina has been teaching and training people for the past 15 years.
Specialized in Applied Improvisation with her own method: “Let’s Improv to Improve – Improvisation in Life, Improvisation in business”.
Martina works also as a communication coach for interpersonal communication (WonderFULL communication) and intrapersonal communication (WonderFULL you). She is also an expert in Inclusion & Diversity programs, integration and multiculturalism.
She has worked to empower Women (WonderFULL Women) since 2013, she has a special program for teenagers (WonderFULL teens) and she is the CEO of Onar Istanbul, an NGO that fights gender-based violence, empowers women and works to close the gender gap. In her free time, she also tours Europe as a professional performer and improviser.

ATTENTION! This is not a commercial event but a fundraising one where the trainer offers her professional services to support Onar Istanbul. We are asking 150 TL minimum as a fundraising contribution for Onar Istanbul, further donations will be highly appreciated.
