Salon IKSV will host Bugge Wesseltoft’s New Conception of Jazz on Wednesday 1 February. Set to start at 21:30, tickets are priced at 40 TL (30 TL for students) and are available via Biletix.

The musical genius who has been working on a ‘new concept for jazz’ since the beginning of the 90’s, Bugge Wesseltoft had been living in a vacuum after 10 years of world tours, more than 400 concerts and 5 albums. Having celebrated the 20th anniversary of their formation in 2016, the band decided to crown the news with a major come back, promising once again to heal our rusty ears. Salon will welcome Bugge Wesseltoft’s New Conception of Jazz with their new crew: One of Norway’s most promising young musicians – Marthe Lea on saxophone, Oddrun Lilja Jonsdottir on guitar, Sanskriti Shrestha on backing tracks and Siv Øyunn Kjenstad on drums and vocals.
