Yabangee is honored to announce a new scholarship initiative focused on supporting foreign students currently enrolled in an Istanbul-based university. With an aim of identifying, recognizing, and rewarding exceptional students, we hope to enhance the typical study abroad academic experience in Turkey, help in small part to alleviate financial constraints, and encourage more international students to consider this country for their own academic pursuits.
Founded in humble beginnings, the scholarship will award three students with a monthly 250 TL stipend for the duration of their study abroad semester.
Prospective applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in an Istanbul-based university as part of a recognized study abroad program
- Currently be residing within Istanbul city limits
- Hold a foreign passport
- Currently be in pursuit of their undergraduate degree
- Possess at least an intermediate level of English
- Demonstrate an interest in making the most of their time in Turkey
