See the Berklee Silent Film Orchestra (BSFO) perform its stirring score for The Phantom of the Opera (1925), starring Lon Chaney at Zorlu PSM’s Turkcell Platinum stage!
The Berklee Silent Film Orchestra (BSFO) is dedicated to composing new, original scores for silent classics and performing them live. Based at Boston’s Berklee College of Music, in the world’s only undergraduate degree program in film scoring, this all-student/graduate orchestra has written and performed for nine silent features under the direction of three-time Emmy nominee and Berklee Professor of Film Scoring Sheldon Mirowitz.
The concert at Zorlu PSM will be conducted by Berklee graduate Eren Başbuğ who is a prominent musician and a conductor.
Professor at the Film Scoring department of Berklee, TV and film composer Sheldon Mirowitz, a three-time Emmy nominee, noted arranger and multi-instrumentalist will hold a seminar at Zorlu PSM with Eren Başbuğ on Film Scores.
