From the organizer:
Born in the early 90s, Lana Lubany’s musical curiosity spans from classical music to folk and dream pop, leading her to create her own electronic productions. She produces eclectic, bilingual, alternative pop that features modern touches over Arabic and English vocals. Her signature smoky voice has already caught the attention of publications like The Guardian and NME, and introduced her to a broader audience through BBC Introducing. In 2022, her single ‘The Snake’ highlighted the blend of Arabic and Western influences in her music. Following this, ‘Sanity’ and ‘Clones’ received much acclaim. With her debut EP The Holy Land in 2023, she solidified her place in the avant-pop scene. Lana continues to grow as an artist, songwriter, and producer, earning praise from critics and sparking curiosity with her new creations.
