Affina Training & Consultancy is seeking experienced and motivated native-speaker English language trainers to join our team as freelance trainers.
As a Freelance Corporate English Language Trainer, you will be responsible for providing effective language training to corporate executives who need to improve their general English and/or Business English communication skills for presentations, public speaking, business writing, negotiations, meetings, and more.
You will work on a freelance basis, delivering online training sessions tailored to the specific needs of our corporate clients. You can reside anywhere as long as you’re able to deliver lessons within Turkey’s time zone.
In addition to our general needs, we are urgently looking for teachers for a project starting in 3-4 weeks. This project requires 6-8 weeks of online 1-to-1 teaching, with a commitment of 12-16 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver online language training courses to corporate executives
- Develop and implement effective training materials and teaching techniques focused on business communication
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to help them achieve their language and communication goals
- Create and deliver engaging, interactive lessons incorporating various teaching methods, including technology-based tools
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and Affina
- Conduct assessments to identify language and communication gaps and develop training plans to address them
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments, and submit monthly reports on time
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of language training programs
Requirements:
- Native fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or other relevant teaching certification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching English as a second language to adults, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of business communication and culture
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and necessary software and equipment for online teaching
