Details on the Customer Service Specialist position:
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Getting information from Production Coordinator and provide answers to client’s questions
- Work with internal departments such as sales, production, engineering, and logistics to meet customer needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Assist in customer satisfaction surveys, activities, and results analysis.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Strong Organizational skills
- An accurate and efficient way of working
- Outlook, Excel and clear communication skills
- At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written English, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
