Pop-Up Dinners Istanbul is back at it again, this time with a fiery Warming Up Winter theme to keep our taste buds cozy. As usual, it’s RSVP only and seats are likely to fill quickly. Set for Saturday 13 January at 20:30, the evening’s courses are 100 TL with attendees encouraged to bring their own bottles. Let’s warm up winter with chilli. If new to pop-up make sure you send me a personal message asking for inclusion in to the guest list. As always some side choices may change.
STARTER:
Singapore Katong Laksa
(a prawn and coconut soup base, rice noodles, fish balls and prawn).
MAIN COURSE:
Chicken Chettinad (about 21 spices make up this dish from the Southern Tamil region of India).
Rice
Green bean curry
DESSERT:
Pavlova with pears in red wine and chilli.
Contribution: 100 lira. Water supplied. Bring your own bottle.
