Job Requirements
- Native English speaker or fluency in English is a must
- Candidates with sales experience at a technology company is preferred
- Commitment to the belief that sales and marketing are two faces of a coin. They should constantly feed and support each other to improve both marketing and sales activities.
- Salesy approach is strictly forbidden! Has a natural and professional attitude
- Excellent listener and high ability to understand the customer
- 3-4 years tele-sales experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Job description
- Ability to work under pressure with acquisition and revenue goals
- Make calls and send emails to international leads to drive them through the sales funnel
- Ability to understand customer needs and wants
- Avoid cliché pitching! Customize pitching according to each customer persona, need and inspire the lead to try and subscribe to our solutions
- Effectively manage concerns and objections of leads
- Prioritize leads and manage sales pipeline
- Identify marketing qualified leads, do online demo meetings and close sales
- Walk the leads through the sales funnel from the first touch until the first invoice
- Close follow up of the leads in POC period with the onboarding team
- Constant feedback to marketing team members to improve marketing strategies and tactics
- Identifying possible frictions, concerns and objections of leads that hold them back from trying and subscribing to our solutions and constantly sharing this information with marketing team members to improve marketing strategies and tactics
