From the organizer:

London-born singer Sinkane is a vivid and colorful example for the fusion of world music with jazz.

Following a career in music in the US showed that he has always stayed true to his roots by blending free jazz and funk rock with Sudanese pop. Having taken the stage with phenomenal artists such as Damon Albarn, David Byrne, The Lijadu Sisters and Many Mark, the musician is one of the composers who have mostly been into jazz. A master in writing melodic compositions over hypnotizing bass sounds and rhythms, Sinake has become a favorite for today’s dance lovers. Sinake is to present songs from his latest LP “Mean Love” at the festival. He has always attracted crowds with his strong vocals accompanying his bandmates, each of whom is a virtuoso in their respective fields.

Ahmed Gallab: vocals, keyboard, guitar – Jonnny Lam: guitar, pedal steel, back vocals – Ish Montgomery: bass, back vocals – Jaytram: drums, back vocals
